ZTC Bengaluru, established since July 2015 is located at Shriprasidhi, 1st Floor, No 20/1, 24th Main, 6th Phase JP Nagar BengaluruPin :560078. ZTC Bengaluru is a ISO 9001:2015 certified, has earmarked the reputation to meet the training requirements of its officers from South II Zone at par excellence. Some of the flagship programs are Induction Programmes, Credit Programmes , RBG Programmes, NPA Management and Programme for Retail Recovery Officers, Soft Skills Programmes (Behavioural Science, Interpersonal Skills), Others (Official Language - Rajbhasha, Unnati , Customer Service etc.), Advanced Excel Training, Program on Digital Banking Products for all RBG Officers. Few other initiatives taken by ZTC Bengaluru are like initiated Classroom Yoga Sessions at ZTC Bengaluru in the evening hours, Initiated Learning Kannada Language Training to Non-Kannad Officers of South II Zone, Conducted Training on Detection of Counterfeit Notes & Security Features of the Notes : RBI Clean Note Policy , FICN and NRR 2018, programs for SIDBI, Bengaluru.
