Keeping the above aspects in view, IDBI Bank has partnered with KPMG- a leading consulting firm to launch the Employee Engagement cum Satisfaction Survey. The online survey has been branded as PRATIBIMB that stands for, Reflection of your opinion.
Employee satisfaction as a construct includes cognitive dimension that makes employees evaluate their jobs positively, affective dimension that makes employees feel happy about their jobs and behavioral dimension that makes employees show positive behaviors
Employee Engagement cum Satisfaction Survey (EESS) PRATIBIMB was rolled out by IDBI Bank in association with KPMG for a period of 9 days for all staff members of IDBI Bank. The objective of the survey was to integrate Organizational Goals and Employee aspirations and to build a cordial environment for all employees to accomplish one’s aspirations thereby achieving Bank’s strategic objectives in the Transformation era. The EESS project also encompassed Leadership discussions with few EDs, CGMs and Focused Group discussions with selected Grade A , B, and C officers to gauge their perspective on various aspects like culture, satisfaction on overall processes and policies at the bank, employee aspirations etc.
